10th Research Training for the Next Era of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

The seminar will first reflect on the current state of child and adolescent psychiatry training, as well as the opportunities available for those considering or engaged in scientific training. The morning session will include senior scientists who will offer perspectives on how trainees can prepare themselves for vigorous, independent careers as child and adolescent psychiatry researchers. The afternoon session will be composed of intimate, small discussion groups that will match distinguished senior scientists with promising research trainees in adult and child and adolescent psychiatry in order to identify scientific and career objectives, as well as the tools necessary to advance their scientific careers in mental health research.
